The easiest approach to proceed is to think about your application as soon as feasible. After all, the sooner you get accepted into a university, the sooner you can plan your travel. To avoid disappointment, write down all the important application deadlines ( set out by your chosen university) on your calendar. 
 
Application dates will vary per institution, but for programs beginning in fall (Sept/ Oct) applications will normally be open by Oct/ Nov in the previous year through mid-year (June/July).
As part of your application, you may be required to submit some supporting documents. Requirements differ by country and university, but overseas students are frequently expected to give the following information:
-Passport Copy
-Resume
-High school transcripts and certificates
-Bachelor’s degree transcripts and certificates
-Letter of recommendations / Academic references
-Proof of English Language (TOFEL/IELTS/Duolingo/PTE)
-Admission Test Results ( GMAT/GRE) for graduate programs
