MEET THE FOUNDER

I am Heena Rai-a mother of three beautiful ladies, grandmother to four, and someone who has called Dubai home for most of my life. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, including a long career in Human Resources and leadership roles with global organizations. But deep in my heart, I always knew my true purpose was in nurturing, guiding, and uplifting families and young people.

What started as a platform for HR consultancy, training, and coaching quickly grew into something bigger-a calling!

Helping others isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. I have always believed that when we invest in people, especially our children—we shape not only their future, but also a kinder, stronger world. That belief is what led me to create Talent2 International Education Consultancy in 2019.

Talent2 International Education is dedicated to supporting students on their study-abroad journeys. I wanted to make sure families felt supported at every step, taking the stress and confusion out of the process so they could focus on their child’s dreams.
